I need info which kind of distributor assemblies fit to my car? 700

hi everybody,
I have 88 volvo 740 GLE with B230F engine and it does not have turbo. Iknew my hall sensor was going badbut didn't wanna spend the $175.00plus $50.00 core charge for a rebuild dist. assembly.Yesterday in the morning it didn't start at all. My engine kept cranking but no start... when i looked at my rpm gauge while cranking the engine it stayed dead on 0 and i knew that it was time to look for a used or rebuild dist. My first option is to look for a used unit from another volvo and wondering what year car models dist. assembly i can install to my car? Does any of you guys have working one laying around and willing to sell...?
