Intermittent Acceleration Woes 200

Howdy All,

My 88 240 is in rough shape. It runs fine for days, then all of a sudden it will completely die on acceleration. I suspect the air mass meter or fuel pressure regulator may be the causes, but am not sure. I did clean the throttle body, but that didn't seem to help. No apparent vacuum leaks either.

Anyone suffer similar symptoms?
