idiot lites flashing dimley om dash 200

on the way home tonite the idiot lites on the dash would not go out (all of them)glowed or flickered,not as bright as when you turn the key on but would not go out.headlites on or off made no differance,the fan belts for the altinator are tight and don't appear to be slipping.this is on a 90 245 with 180k on the clock.any and all sugestions will be appreciated.
