I posted a note about a problem I was having with my "89 240 a few days ago and received some great replys. I said I couldn't find a number on the ECU well today I went out to take a look at the ECU. There is a white lable over the kinda purple looking Bosch lable. The white lable says:
Volvo
5003780-3
3517885-4
Made in Germany 910502

I peeled the white lable off and found a Bosch part number that ends in "572". None of this makes any sense to me. Is this the right ECU or not. Can some one shed a little light on this for me??
