Hose protection?????? 900 1994

my 94 960 has a slow drip from,i suppose, the front crank/oil pump seal.it's dripping onto the oil cooler coolant hoses.i replaced them about a year ago and they're starting to swell out.i just purchased new hoses from volvo($29 for both)and want to know if there's something i can put over the hoses to keep the oil off.i do plan on repairing the leak after the $$$$$ become available,or can i find some sort of oil resistant(silicone?????) type of hose to work in the mean time?there's not much info about front leaks on our beloved I-6 engines and getting the crank bolt off is going to be bear of a job, right?
i try to do all my repairs,i'm just trying to keep the oil off the hoses until i stop the leak.it doesn't leak enough to leave a valdez on the driveway, just enough for the hoses to absorb and swell out.any ideas on a covering for the hoses?thanks dave
