SISTER'S '92 240 AT TIMES WON'T START 200 1992

For the past week or so, the car has been starting rather weakly. On Tuesday afternoon I tried starting the automobile after running errands, but to no avail. Five minutes later I gave it another go, and it started up without a problem. I replaced the battery Wednesday morning, and the car started without a problem. This morning I drove the car to the gym, but when I was finished the car again wouldn't start. My friend gave me a jump, and it started and ran for about two minutes. After waiting another ten minutes, the car started and I drove it home. Just a few minutes back I started the car and moved it out of the garage and onto teh driveway without any problems. If anyone could offer any insight into what they suspect the problem is, I would be most thankful. Happy Holidays to one and all :)
