Water woes 200 1983

My sleek green beauty purrs like a kitten, but like a kitten, she has some problems with water. When it rains, I get a puddle of water on the drivers side floor mat, and the windows fog up in a major way. Seems like water coming in through the air intake is leaking into my ductwork. Has anyone out there had this problem. I don't fancy taking out the dash, but if its what needs to be done, I'm on it.
