Check engine light Came on!!! What to do? 200 1990

So my "service engine" light came on and as the Haynes manual said, I reset the light after the service. I changed the engine oil and filter, tranny oil and it's filter as well as the rear differential oil. The car has 118,000 on it. However the service engine light came on and I can't find anything in the Haynes manual about what to check or how to do it. There appear to be no leaks of fluids and the cars running fine. Any suggestions??
