It ran well - until I took it apart. 200

If anyone out there is bored or has too much time on their hands perhaps someone could give me a suggestion as to where I might have gone wrong. I had a case of crumbling insulation on part of the wiring harness on a 1983 Turbo. So I took the manifold off so that I could repair it. Two months later I got it back together as I did alot of cleaning in the engine compartment and added an intercooler etc. What it boils down to is that it starts fine hot or cold but runs with a miss. It seems like one cylinder is missing - I put my hand at the tailpipe and between an obvious steady exhaust it misses - and I think it is running lean. I changed the injector seals ( I wonder if I did that right? - they sprayed fine. ) and had to disconnect the fuel lines but I also have been thinking about the vaccuum lines - they seem leak free - I used clamps at every connection. Does anyone know the vaccuum line layout at the warm up regulator? There are two lines at the regulator - the bottom one goes to a one way valve - from there it connects to a T fitting - one hose goes from the T back to the upper line on the regulator and the other connection on the T sends a hose to a vaccuum switch on the engine block. There are two fittings on that switch and I have the outer attached to the hose coming off the T from the regulator and the inner fitting sends a hose to the intake manifold. Make sense? I am just wondering if it is correct. Guess I better get a Bentley manual! I realise it could be any one of many faults but it ran well enough before so I wonder where I messed up. Any suggestions would be helpful!
