Ck Engine Light and Code 2-3-1 200

My 89 240 chk engine light came on recently. I have just replaced the ox sensor and exh pipe from manifold to the converter and this light still comes on. It was running really rough when it forst came on but I wiggled some wires on top of the engine and it is running normal again. However, I reset the codes and the light still came back on the next time I drove it.

Any help/advice would be appreciated ...
