Rear bumper skin removal 200 1993

I need to change the rubber skin on my 240 station wagon rear bumper. Also the greyish skirt that is below the rear bumper(near the exhaust). How involved the job. What tools are required? Any tips how to proceed with the removal of both will be very much appreciated. Also , what other year car bumper skin could work on 1993 wagon? Could a 240 sedan skin work?
