Headlight adjustment 200

Does anyone have good measurements for adjusting the headlights on a 1984 245. I want to do it in the garage so i can optimize my light output, but how farfrom the wall should the car be, how hight should the beam from the lights be on the wall? ect. ect. thanks for the help
