How is the V90 Seat Heater switch removed S90-V90

I have tried to remove the center console to get to the drivers side seat heater switch with the hope of meeting the same success in cleaning it and getting my seat heater to work that I met with getting my window switch working.

I have looked over the entire console, removed the small vinyl pad directly under the parking brake...I simply do not see how to remove/lift the console to get to the seat heater switches. Can one you fellow bricksters give me the play by play?
