960 power window problem-getting better 900

Well, I checked the tracks on my 960's drivers side power window. Do the rubber/felt things inside of the tracks ever need replacement? The window still binds slightly when it gets almost all of the way down. It doesn't bind at all coming back up. All fasteners seem to be tight. I greased the tracks with spray silicone. Should I use white lithium here to make the grease last longer on the tracks?
