cap for turbo cooler line in radiator 900

I recently installed a new CSF radiator in my 1993 960. My wife noticed fluid under the car and asked where it was coming from. I had just returned from a trip and said that it must be from the A/C. This morning I saw fluid on the driveway and noticed that it felt like coolant.

I ran some errands and looked for a leak while the engine was hot.
I checked the hoses and they were dry. I then noticed that the rubber cap used to
cover the turbocharger coolant line hole was inflated like a balloon.

The material doesn't look like it is about to burst, but it concerns me.

I called the dealer and they are shipping a new cap. I hope it inserts in the hole instead of clamping over it.

Do any of you have any experience with a rubber cap that clamps over the turbo outlet of the radiator?

Thank you,
