Cylinder head interchangability for B23F 200

Is there any difference between a B23F and a B230 cylinder head ? I found a totally rebuilt 2.3 liter cylinder head at a great price, but can't tell what engine it was from. Is there a way to tell ? Also, what alternate cylinder heads can a B23f use ? Thanks !!
