Removal of Tailgate Panel on 965 900

I need to remove the large carpeted inner panel on my '96 965's tailgate, but other than the 4 twist locks along the bottom edge, I cannot find additional fastners.

I can't figure how to remove (snap off) the tailgate latch surround trim, which I suspect needs to come off, and I am sure there are additional fastners at the top edge.

Help appreciated.
