Defroster help 200 1978

Just boughtr a 240 wagon in what combination do the three buttons have to be in for defroster to work. I'm getting heat from vents but almost none from defrost vents. Help!


P.S. blower motor is either REALLY Quiet or not working. How hard is it to change?
