Driver's seat reclining by itself 200 1993

1993 240 wagon, ~80K miles.

Question emailed to me today:

Quick question on the 240: The driver’s seat wants to recline by itself, just maybe an inch. Just enough to make it uncomfortable. We’ll adjust it back to where we want it, but within a few days, it’s back to where it was.

Any ideas out there?
