Plastic Cover for Top Seat Belt Bolt 1800

I have Volvo retractable seat belts on my 1969 Amazon that I suspect are from a 140 series, but I'm not sure. The belts are the same color as the originals (light blue) and the end connection that goes into the receptacle between the seats is the same as the original.

For some time I've been trying to find the black triangular plastic caps that fit over the top seat belt bolt. This is not only for looks, it is also for safety as a rear passenger's head would come out much better in a collision with the plastic cap than the metal bolt.

I have what appears to be an original cover for the non-retractable belts that measures 3 inches wide by 2.75 inches high (80mm by 70mm) and it fits, but as soon as I attempt to pull the seat belt out, the cap pops off.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide the correct part number for the cap that covers the retractable belts and would be overwhelmed if someone has a pair for sale.
