240 Flathood....???Price?? 200

theres a 240 turbo flathood near me. it has some floor panel rust, body rust and theres somthing wrong with the fuel injection. i'm not sure of what else is wrong with it or millage or anything but what would be a reasonable offer price for this car?? thanks for your help.
