Help! 90 240 DH Driver Seat 200

The driver's seat on my 1990 DH (near perfect condition and runs like a clock once it warms up) skews to the right and it is actually uncomfortable to drive. Possibly the original owner had some girth? Anyway I would like to attempt to fix the problem. Can I switch the drivers and passenger seats? Should I just buy a used one at a junkyard or on ebay? Also can I put an arm rest between the seats to make it a more comfortable drive?
