Grinding noise driver's side rear. 200 1990

Just had my 240dl into midas to get a grinding noise looked at thinking it was a rear wheel bearing. They took off both sides, looked at bearings and said they looked fine. They replaced the fluid in the pumpkin and I had them replace the rear brakes and rotors since they were fairly well worn down. After 2 days the grinding noise came back and it comes and goes seemingly at random. Any ideas? Thanks!!!!!
