240 no power after 1hr turn off restart seems fine? 200

85 240 b230 intermitant
rough idle seems to dip cycle high, low almost stall smooth out repeat
loss of power while driving ,usualy after 1hr steady
runs rich fouls plugs
Hesitates at low speed 30 mph or less
all intermitant and remedied by turn off and restart (clean gap plugs when fouled)
any ideas?


Had no power when cold replaced amm removed preheater,ran great 200mi then the above began so I..
cleaned flame trap
changed fuel filter
checked for vacuum leaks
cleaned grounds
checked cenections
cleaned throtle body
tested coil (resistance)
o2 sensor voltage
new cap rotor wires plugs

cheked fuel pressure regulator out put 1\3 gal per min
no way to test actual pressure yet
pumps sound ok.... what next?
