Brake Pad brands? (760GLE) 700

I'm buying a 760GLE, and it's going to need new brakes in the next five hundred miles or so. I was wondering what brand pads everyone here would reccommend, and where to get them at a low cost. Can be in Canada or the US, and mail order is fine, I have addresses in both countries.

I've heard people say that they always replace brake rotors every time they change pads, what do you guys do?

As for calipers, my car has 150k KMs on it, need I replace them as well?

since brakes are the most important part of the car, I'd like to do this right :P
