Cooling system and inner tie rod questions... 200

So I just put a new radiator, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, drive belts, hoses, and coolant in my Volvo...I'm wondering, should I take out the front AC radiator? It's not like it will ever work, or I'll ever need AC that bad here in the Northwest. Is it protecting my main radiator or merely blocking it? What are the advantages/disadvantages? I blasted it out really well with compressed air, so hopefully it won't block flow to the main radiator. Other question...I'm replacing the tie rods and ball joints soon. My car wanders like a stray dog at a picnic. How do I know if the inner tie rods are bad a need replacing? I'd like to do them too since i'm down there, as well as flush the ps system and rack, but it's extra $$$ and I'm in college and have important things to spend my money on (like concerts, dates, an iPod). I was suprised that everything went so well today...except when I was under the car keeping the flywheel from moving to take off the crank seal pulley and my greasy hands dropped a maglite on my recently pierced eyebrow. Ouch. Oh well, my brick is worth it. Thanks!
