alternative method - cam seal removal 700 1987

Here's what worked for me this weekend: carefully use a small diameter drill bit to drill a hole in the body of the seal halfway between the inner and outer edge. Insert a small diameter screw and use it as a handle to pull the seal out. Worked like a charm.
