Bilstien Touring shocks 'klunking'? 200

I installed new Bilstien Touring shocks on my 240 along w/ new suspension bushings under the car and there has been a "klunking" sound when I am driving.
I also replaced the rear wheel bearings and rechecked the components for correct torque. The question I have is has anyone else had anissue w/ these shocks or are they just that firm that they make noise over sharp bumps?
