crazy dash lights 200

YAY i just got my brick running and took it for its first trip over a mile in months. It was running quite nicely untill i decided to rev it nice and high climbing this one fair hill. when i reached the top the oil pressure light stated blinking.. i understand that this is normal after high rpm driving... yet it kept on blinking for about 30 seconds when suddenly all of the dash lights came on... they wont go off... could this have something to do with my ignition switch that has been giving me hell? or something else?
