760 Turbo quirks, and parts hunt 700 1988

I recently purchased a 760 Turbo from two of my former co-workers at a Volvo dealership. During my time working in the service department (2001-3), we rarely saw any 760s. Anyway, the car is in great shape, except for a couple of probelems which are unique to the 760s. I've owned 4 740s before, but this car's got more bells and whistles than you can shake a stick at.

The problems have to do with the ACC system. If I start the car with the fan on anything but 0, it throws a code for the blower motor, 233 I think. I don't want to go ripping and tearing to find out what's wrong just yet. If anyone has had a simaler problem, please share. I can't find my 700 series electrical book. I'm also looking for some parts for the interior, which is tan. I need the rear headrests.
Also, does anybody have experiance with the high lift camshafts? I'm curious how stable the idle is.
