Power Steering Hose removal - what to use 200 1990

I tried to replace the pressure hose, but could not budge the fitting (bolt) on the steering gear. I know I did it 3 years ago when I replaced the rack. How do you get it off? A socket does not fit, so I can't get a breaker bar in there.
