Within the last month or so my 84 245 turbo developed a constant, high frequency vibration, similar to the way an electric toothbrush feels.

It's perceptible throughout the car but particularly noticable in the steering wheel and pedals.

Seems pretty much the same at idle as it does while in motion at higher rpm.

Thanks in advance for any ideas as to what might be causing it.
