Changing Tranny Fluid ('88 Auto 240DL) 200

Hello. Dumb Question(This Is My 1st Auto Volvo,My Other Is Manual As Have Been 3 Prior): I See On Bottom Of Tranmission Pan A Nut. Kind Of In Middle. Is This Transmission Drain Plug ? Any Reason To Drop Pan ? Is There Any Filter I Should Change Too ? If So Where Is It ? Just Got This Car A 2X Months Ago So Am Changing Tranny Fluid Because Don't Know Last Time It Was Changed. Will Use A Good Brand Of Tranny Fluid. Recomendations ? Should I Also Put In Any Conditioner Or Any Additive ? Recomendations ? Unless I Let Car Warm Up A Few Minutes Tranny Stays In First For About 1/2 Mile Then Upshifts. Car Has 133,000 Miles. Thanks Much All.
