Do I have multi-link suspension or not 900 1994

Hi All!
I have a 1994 940 Turbo wagon. I am trying to buy oem brake pads and discs online. The website is giving me a choice for multi-link suspension or non multi-link suspension. What is multi-link suspension and which one would I chose?

My rear rotors are warped and my pads are low. Besides the pad and rotors, is there anything else I need to get??
