defrost not working great, after blower replacement 200 1987

I recently got a great deal on getting my blower motor replaced. The heater works great but the defrost hardly works, the windows are always fogged up, it is a real pain to keep a window cracked in the Pennsylvania winter all the time. It blows out of the vents by the winshield very little. I guess it was not a great deal after all! O yeah...The Volvo garage is now shut down so I can not even go back. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
