Idiot lights wont go out.......any thoughts? 200

I am looking at purchasing a 1993 240 Wagon with 113,000 miles on it. It has many new parts, and looks and runs great. However, all of the idiot lights are on at the moment, and wont go out. Any ideas? Hes asking 3k. Thanks all.
