engine tilt 200 1991

While I was changing the engine oil and transmission oil on my ’91 240 wagon (~200,000 miles) this morning, I noticed that the engine appears to be tilted a little to the back. It’s like if the top of the engine should be horizontal, it is now slanted about 5-10 degrees toward the passenger compartment. It’s look like it’s pushed up against the fire wall. There is also a slight ticking sound. What’s causing this? The motor mounts were changed about 100,000 miles ago. Is it safe to drive or will I really screw-up things?

Thanks guys!
