Should I buy this Volvo? 200

Hello all. I found a 93 240 Wagon for 2,850. Its got 120,000 miles on it. Here is what has been done to it recently. Plugs, points, rotor, brakes, one ball joint, timing belt, alternator, fuel sending unit, hood release, battery, new rear snow tires. The body is in very good shape. No real signs of rot or rust. (though I am far from an expert) The bad things are: there is a leak in the exhaust manifold. I am told its small, and can be welded. The rear windshield wiper stops below the window. It actually wipes part of the paint. What I mean to say, is that its range of motion extends below the windo itself....if that makes sense. It does work however. Also, the paint on the roof of the car has some peeling of the clearcoat. Its the only part of the car that has this. It drives and brakes nice and straight. It seems to shift smootly. The owner bought it for his daughter who does not want it. (not sporty enuff....true story) She has put 8,000 miles on it in 6 mos. Does this sound like a good deal to you? Its a bit more than I want to spend, but I like the idea of A/C, ABS and a drivers side airbag. All comments are appreciated. Thank you. D.
