Werid Miss 200

Hello fellow Brickers,
I have aqquiried a new miss last night. As i sit at the red light with my foot on the brake (It's and automatic), the car will randomly miss, droping a good 150-200 rpm. It's bad enough that the lights dim during these missies. Underload the same miss is present, but it's not as bad, maybe more like a hiccup. Under heavy load (like passing) I don't feel it at all, but do notice a drop in pick-up. I checked all the regulars, MAF, all intake tubing, plug wires, plugs, and cap, nothing seems to fix it. Also it has been very cold lately, like 30-40 degrees (this is pretty cold for Florida). So I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I can't think of anything else, the idiot light doesn't come on, so i know it's not a faulty sensor. Also, not sure if this pretains or what, but last night as i was checking the plugs, 2,3, and 4 plug, when i put my hand on the wire (right where the plug and wire connect), I felt them pulsing as they were suppling spark (i guess), but i didn't feel this on the first plug. It this normal? I was thinking no, but then again, thats why I'm writing on the board. Any ideas on this will be greatly helpfully
Thanks in advance,
Blake
