Howdy all..
My '79 240 seems to idle awful fast to me, which I expect is hurting my fuel mileage. It appears to me that the idle adjust screw is in about as far as it can go, but I don't really want to mess with that unless I'm sure the problem isn't elsewhere. I don't see any sign of vaccuum leaks, and the car runs smooth and strong and starts cold with no problems (even at -15F).. just wondering if theres other stuff I should be checking before messing with that idle stop screw.
