How much should I pay for this Volvo. 200

I found a 93 240 Wagon with 120k on it. It seems to be in good shape. It needs an exhaust manifold gasket as well as 2 new front tires. He wont come below 2850 for the car. Any thoughts? I cant do the gasket by myself....Im gonna have to pay. Any idea how much? Thanks all.
