Camshaft gear on '87 244 200 1987

I'm going to pick up an '87 244 that is 400 miles from my house. I suspect that what it needs is a camshaft key but I'm not certain. I haven't had the gear off a camshaft on a B230 engine before. What kind of key is in the camshaft to mate with the gear? Is it a rolled pin, halfmoon or rectangular key, removable or fixed? If removable, I'd like to take one with me just in case that's the problem. Then I could start it and drive it up on the dolly rather than winch it on. That brings up another question. What's the easiest way for one or two people to get a non-running 244 up on the dolly? Winch? Jack? Thanks for the help.
