left rear sagging 200

I just finished replacing the rear trailing arm bushings. I had hoped this would fix the left rear sag, but its still there. I swapped the rear springs from side to side and it's still there. The trailing arm doesn't show any external damage and doesn't look bent. The upper spring mount looks to be in good shape also. Any ideas as to why this '89 sags (about 1 inch) in the left rear?
