Floor patch panels needed for Son's 1978 242 200

Does anyone know of a source for floor patch panels that will fit in my son's 1978 242? I Checked with VOLVO and the only thing they have available is a complete floorpan from firewall to trunk and the price is over CDN$1,000. The rust problem we have is drivers side front... would like to be able to get that front quarter only .....
