Lug nut torque and brake pad questions: 700

90 760T Sedan 208,000 miles

Two questions:

1) What is the proper torque for lug nuts on the 15 slot aluminum rim (15" X 6.0")

2) Recently purchased PBR Metal Master pads. (My last set were PBR standard pads - VERY LITTLE dusting) The Metal Masters dust horribly!! With the &^%$ 15 slot rim, cleaning is the pits. Can anyone make an educated recommendation on the most dust-free pad available? Should I go back to the PBR standard pad? What about ceramic pads?

PS: Have just orderd new Brembo 11.25 front rotors as current set are ~3 mm under minimum thickness spec.
