Where the heck is turn signal flasher on 145S ? 140-160

70 145S specifically.

Funny that turn signals actually blink left or right as they're supposed to, but I hardly ever get clikc-click-click-click from relay or blink from dash turn signal lamp. Sometimes, but rarely. Got a flasher relay from RPR (has two prongs) but can't find the dang thing to change it. Must be under dash, but so far after several upside down excursions haven't found it yet.

Preciate any help!
