Windshield Replacement in NJ 700 1991

Woke up this morning to a horizontal crack from side to side in the 1991 740 wagon's windshield. There was a good chip and the temp change probably had something to do with it.

Any advise on a replacement - should I replace the gasket with a new one? Who was the OEM for these windshields - I would like to find a place that will install an OE brand.

Also - can anyone recommend a shop near Princeton,NJ/Philadelphia area to perform this service?

Just an aside - the windshield on my BMW 528e was smashed on my way to work this morning by some snow and ice that fell off a train bridge. Maybe I can get a discount on the replacements...
