A Strut Question S90-V90

I just purschase a pair of front struts for my S90 from FCPGroton. The strut are OEM from Volvo on the container. I inspect the strut asssembly and on it, it is stamp "Monroe made in Spain " Below that their is a Volvo Stamp part # 6819403-004. What is up that Monroe Struts.
