Maybe my heating is operating properly... or maybe not, my car is second hand so I dont know how the ACC behaved new... So i'll describe what I get, then somebody can tell me if it's right or wrong.

Lets start with the heat itself: the car heats up in a very reasonable amount of time (2-3 minutes) so I dont suspect a themostato problem.

With the ACC in the winsheild blower position: I can get hot or cold air, depending on what I set the know to. that part seems to work OK. The flow of air seems very light however. I'm used to hearing a whole lot of air moving when a fan is in the HI position, but this is more like lightly checking your breath in the palm of your hand. Thats as good as it ever gets.

with the switch in all other positions except for off: If i have the temperature knob set to a cold temperature, I get air blowing out of the sent, like before, kindowf like lightly checking your breath in the palm of your hand. If i turn the temperatur control to a hot temperature, the air flow stops completely. IF i change the selector to difference fan settings there is no change. so If i have it set to cold and I try all the vent positions, the flow of air is always the same, and if i set it to hot I get no flow from the vents at all in any position. But I DO get heat and air in the winsheild defog position, just lightly.

I should also mention that I checked fuse number 16 and checked the voltage across it. the fuse is good and I get about 13V across it in all positions exept for the off position, regardless of whether the temperature is cold or hot.

Anythings comments? Know exactly what's wrong? I expect this think to be puchin air like mad, not lightly as its been doing, it seems difficult to defog windows which such a low amount of air moving.
