Warming up your brick 200

Hi guys,

let's say, it's 5F / -15C outside, you come out in the morning and your brick, motor and oil are stone cold after overnight stay. How long would you idle after starting the engine before driving?

I came across different opinions in internet, if driving right after starting harms the engine or not.
